Getecco Returns Policy

Returns

  • 14-day change of mind policy: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • Start a return via our [Returns Page] (bottom of homepage) using your email and order number through Refundid.
  • If accepted, you’ll receive a shipping label and instructions. Items sent without approval won’t be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Check your order on arrival and contact us immediately if damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exceptions

  • No returns on custom, personalised, or made-to-order items.
  • Sale/discounted items not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
  • “Seconds” and samples can’t be returned for disclosed faults, but other faults may be covered under ACL.

Exchanges

Return your item, then place a new order.

Refunds

  • We’ll notify you once inspected. If approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days.
  • Contact us if you haven’t received your refund after this period.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Rights

Our 14-day policy is in addition to your ACL rights.

  • Products must be of acceptable quality, safe, durable, and match descriptions.
  • For major failures: choose refund, replacement, or compensation.
  • For minor failures: we may repair; if not possible, you can request a refund or replacement.
  • These rights apply regardless of packaging, sale status, or timeframe, lasting as long as reasonably expected for the product.
