How do I place my order?

1. Browse our extensive product range on getecco.com.au and add the products you require to your shopping cart using ‘Add to cart’ button.
2. Once you’ve completed your selection go to cart (at the top right hand side of your screen) – your order with products selected will be shown. You can edit your order here. For example, change quantities and delete products. You also see delivery options and can request a freight cost estimate to your delivery address if outside metro delivery area.
3. When you are satisfied with your selection and ready to finalize your order, click on ‘Checkout’ – on this page you can login into your account, register or simply checkout as a guest.
4. You will receive a confirmation via email once your order is placed.
5. Your order will be processed once your payment is received in full and will be dispatched in a timely matter. 

 

I can’t find a specific product on our Getecco website, what do I do? 

If you can’t find what you are looking for on our website doesn’t mean we can’t source it for you. Please send an enquiry to hello@getecco.com.au and we will get back to you. 

 

Can I order samples if I need to try the product prior placing an order?     

Yes, you can and it’s free. However, freight costs will apply. Please email the list of the products you are wanting to hello@getecco.com.au and we will organise a sample products for you.

 

How do I get a Tax Invoice for my order?

Once you receive a confirmation of your order via email, your order has been successfully placed on our website.  A Tax Invoice will be emailed to you once your order is processed and a hard copy Picking Sheet will be attached to your shipment.

 

When will my order be delivered? 

All orders are delivered during business hours - 9am – 5pm.

 

When will my order be dispatched? 

All online orders are dispatched within 2 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends).

 

Do you offer same day delivery?

No, unfortunately we are unable to offer warehouse pick up as we use multiple warehouses.

 

Can we pick up?

No, we deliver directly to all our customers.

 

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we do – when you buy $300 or more for goods delivered Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane metro areas.

 

Do all my goods come from one location?             

Depending on which products are selected from our website, some may come from the same location or multiple locations. Therefore, product delivery days may vary.

 

Do you accept special orders?

Can I have my name or logo on your products? 

You most definitely can. Please refer to our custom packaging GetCustom section on our website for more details.  Feel free to get in touch at hello@getcustom.com.au to discuss your custom branding requirements.
